How to apply

Please complete the Application Forms and submit them to the Resident Manager in person (at the Huson House). In addition to verifiable income, applicants must also provide valid photo identification and a social security card. A credit check is required and each applicant will be responsible for the associated fee(s).

*  The $70 cleaning fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge.
