Eligibility

Units are available to people whose income is at 30%, 50% and 60% of area median incomes (AMI). See more information on AMI here:

• Support services for justice-involved individuals to include:
  • One-on-one case management
  • Employment services
  • Connections to community resources
• Community room with full kitchen
• On-site community activities and informational sessions
• Business center with computers, printers and free WiFi
• Workshops to help residents utilize the internet, build resumes and enhance their computer skills
• Cable TV and movie showings available
• Community event schedules to promote meaningful activities
• While pets are not allowed, documented service animals are welcome
• Aspen Terrace is a non-smoking building
• Private outdoor courtyard
• Income restrictions apply
